Join us for Art & Wellness at Sharp Objects Tattoo Studio and Art Academy

It's a monthly community event in Austin designed to connect creative, ambitious people through movement, conversation, and curated artistic practice.
Usually held on the second Monday of each month from 6 PM to 10 PM (schedule may occasionally vary).

The evening includes:

• 1 hour of networking, facilitated socializing, and meeting new people
• 30–60 minutes of wellness activities such as yoga, mobility work, or light fitness
• A short break with food and coffee provided
• 2 hours of curated art practice guided through a different medium each month

All materials, equipment, food, and wellness activities are fully provided.
Guests only need to follow the dress code and bring comfortable workout clothes.

Every session explores a new artistic medium and creative direction, curated by Valentina Riabova — an internationally recognized artist working across tattooing, sculpture, watercolor, oil painting, drawing, and mixed media. Valentina has been teaching art for over 15 years and was granted a green card based on exceptional skills in art.

No experience in art or fitness is required.
Art & Wellness is intentionally beginner-friendly and focused on building a welcoming, inspiring community where people can create, connect, and recharge together.

Our guests are typically young, driven, creative, and interesting people from many different backgrounds, and we’re always excited to welcome new faces! Come enjoy your evening with us!

1. Is this event for experienced artists?

Response: We welcome any levels from novice to expert to accommodate and promote your creative development.

We provide a full range of event marketing services, including strategy development, branding, audience targeting, digital and social media promotion, email marketing, and on-site engagement. Our goal is to create a comprehensive marketing plan that maximizes visibility, attendance, and overall success for your event.

2. Do I need to bring my own art supplies or anything specific with me?

Response: You do not need to bring any items with you, as all needed supplies will be issued. All you need is your yoga outfit and an open mind

We use a data-driven approach to measure the success of each campaign. This includes tracking key metrics such as attendee registration, engagement rates, social media reach, and post-event feedback. Our detailed reports help you assess the impact of the marketing efforts and provide insights for future events.

3. Is there a dress code I must adhere to?

Response: You will be notified a few days before event day
